Soca Fitness is an energizing cardio dance workout designed for women, combining waistline movements, weight lifting to tone muscles, and intense calorie-burning routines. The class features high-energy Soca music, also known as “Jump Music,” blending East Indian, African, and Calypso rhythms to create an electrifying sound that keeps you moving. You can burn up to 700 calories in just one hour. For newcomers, my advice is to bring water and a towel to stay prepared for a good sweat. No dance experience required—just bring your energy and be ready to have a blast! Feel free to bring a friend, or make new ones in the class!

Paige Romans certified Personal Trainer since 2016 raised in Montegobay, Jamaica, expresses her passion for fitness teaching classes. Paige encouraged them to reach their fitness goals, whether it was muscle gain, weight lost, building confidence, or meeting new friends. She is a firm believer of leading by example, although no one is perfect you must always be completely authentic with your people. She was invited to instruct a Caribbean class for a private group which led her to Start a Soca class for the Tamarac Community. As the class continue to evolve, many Men and Woman are losing weight, building muscle, releasing stress, building confidence and gaining new friends. She will continue to share her passion and help others reach their fitness goals.
