Soca Fitness is a high intense cardio dance class for Woman that consist of waistline movement, lifting weights to tone our muscles while burning calories. Soca music as known as “Jump Music” is mixed with East Indian rhythms, African rhythms and Calypso rhythms to create high power jump music. You can burn up to 700 calories within the hour of the class. My advice for first time Soca Fitness guest is to bring water and a rag in preparation fi deh sweat. Paige Romans certified Personal Trainer since 2016 raised in Montegobay, Jamaica, expresses her passion for fitness teaching classes. Paige encouraged them to reach their fitness goals, whether it was muscle gain, weight lost, building confidence, or meeting new friends. She is a firm believer of leading by example, although no one is perfect you must always be completely authentic with your people. She was invited to instruct a Caribbean class for a private group which led her to Start a Soca class for the Tamarac Community. As the class continue to evolve, many Men and Woman are losing weight, building muscle, releasing stress, building confidence and gaining new friends. She will continue to share her passion and help others reach their fitness goals.
