Soca family. When I walked into Paige's Class A year ago I couldn't do 10 minutes of it now I do a full hour and more with determination and persistence no surgery just nutrition and exercise with God started at 400lbs. 2 years ago. Now 200 lbs.

#SOCABLAST. Since starting my fitness journey I have done alot of different classes but Soca blast had been thus far the best one. This class has helped me tone my body more and build my endurance. I love that we dance and have fun and we also weight lift to build muscle. Paige selection of music and moves are a great combination. We couldn't do it without the best motivating instructor with so much energy. Paige keeps us sore and discovering our inner push. I am so proud to have joined our soca family so much that it has motivated me to want to become a soca blast instructor myself.

Paige is Light and Peace. As an instructor and personal trainer Paige brings energy and is always positive. She not only encourages you to give your best, does does it with you. She motivates you to give that extra, give it your all. She compliments and encourages her class to keep going. Paige is super fun. Super amazing. .

At the beginning of my journey, I mainly focused on cardio. After a few months, I started to explore. I worked out six days a week, sometimes twice a day. Apart from cardio, I included total body sculpting classes, cycling, Soca Blast dance, weights, and weight training

Started your meal plan in May, this is what I look like today. Iβve done the plan pretty consistently with exercise 3/4 days a week. Iβve tried the keto diet, intermittent fasting, south beach diet prior to your plan, and struggled to lose the weight. I started at 180lbs and today I weigh 145lbs. thanks for sharing it with me, it really helped me stay on track and achieve my weight loss goal. π Thank you Paige

Thank you for pushing me and keeping me dedicated. You are so supportive!!! Her high intensity soca cardio class kept me sweating, enthused and got this waistline in order!!!!! My life had left me without a lot of 'me time' because I've been so busy and hadn't invested much time in making healthy food and exercise choices.
My transformation began when my weight gain made me realize i needed to make healthier choices. I started attending Paige Romans Soca class and was hooked immediately. I was very impressed by her passion to help others, her knowledge, and her ability to connect with others. I knew then that she would be the person that could help me achieve my goals and also the one that would help me to change my life for the better. She made working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals. Paige provided me with meal plans to cover all my nutritional needs and taught me how to eat better and cleaner along with exercise five days a week I've lost 24lbs in the first 2 1/2 months of training with her. I've now reached my weight lost goal of a total of 32lbs and added bonus I've also gain 8% in muscles and lost 13% of body fat which I continue to improve each day.
Paige is very attentive to what my needs are and during our sessions she knows how much I am capable of and motivates me to go beyond what i think i could do. She encourages good form and gives tips on how to push through those last reps that seems impossible. I am beyond grateful for all that Paige has and continues to do for me and I'm so thankful for all the time and effort she pours into helping me to continue achieving my goals
